Read what some local ESOL students have to say about the benefits of studying ESOL.
I came over from Romania two and half years ago. I began at the College studying ESOL, and have now progressed onto studying a BTEC Applied Science Level 2 course. My ESOL course was a really helpful course, and everyone was friendly.

The first time I joined an ESOL class here at college my English was not very good. I progressed through the levels and joined the ESOL with Construction course and I loved it. I studied three days a week and half was ESOL and half Construction. I’m really proud to say that I am at a good enough level to progress onto the full-time course in construction.

I would like to keep progressing in the industry and with my English skills. I have to say to anyone that you must love what you are doing, it’s not easy. I’m so happy with what I’m doing now, it takes time but it’s all been good for me.
